If I purchase a sponsored partnership does that include an expo booth?

All sponsorships include an exhibit booth at the annual convention and expo except the Value Partner.

How many items/swag should I bring to giveaway during the expo?

Between exhibitors and attendees, we usually have 750/800 people at any given time attend yearly.

What is included with the exhibitor registration?

As an exhibitor you have access to all educational events including earning CEUs, breakfast, lunch and breaks

Am I able to pack up early and leave the expo before the official end time?

No. All exhibits must remain intact and staffed until the exposition closes on Tuesday, June 17 at 2:00 p.m. and may not be dismantled or removed before that time without prior authorization. AHCA reserves the right to exclude any organization from participating in a future AHCA event.

Do I receive an attendee list?

Yes, all expo participants will receive a pre and post-attendee list with names of convention attendees.

How do I reserve a room for the convention and exp?

Am I able to pass out food samples during expo hours?

No. Outside food and drinks that are not purchased from the hotel is prohibited.

When can exhibitors set up?
